GRYNDX was built by a UK-based, Active IQ–certified personal trainer who knows real training — not just in theory, but under the bar.
Years of heavy lifting, coaching, and daily grind exposed the same problems again and again: wrist pain, grip failure, and gym gear that simply couldn’t keep up. Budget products wore out fast. Premium brands charged more without delivering real value. Lifters were forced to choose between cost and quality.
That gap became the foundation of GRYNDX.
